This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.

The river runs through the property and there's plenty of grassy spots to lay around and picnic all day long. Included are unlimited WiFi, TV, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Ashmore City Shopping Centre is only a 5 min walk away, as are different types of take-away food and a laundromat. Easy access to the M1. NB: The studio is suitable for 1 or 2 adults, NOT for children (incl babies) or pets.
